• Where
Playa Del Carmen, Mexico! This is about 40 miles south of Cancun, on the Yucatan Peninsula.

• When
The wedding is on Saturday, June 3, 2006. This is the weekend following Memorial Day. We plan on being there for a full week (probably Saturday through the following Sunday), although we don't exepct that everyone will be able to get away for that long. We suggest Wednesday through Sunday.

• Lodging
We are planning to rent rooms at the Shangri-la Caribe, where the wedding will also be held. It's on the outskirts of Playa Del Carmen and is right on the best beach around. We will be covering the lodging costs; you just need to worry about getting here! We will be reserving rooms as people RSVP.

• How to get there?
Fly into Cancun airport. Some quick checks on Orbitz etc. suggest round-trip fares from San Francisco/LA at around $600. Flights from the east coast are supposedly cheaper. We're looking into group fare discounts. Playa del Carmen is about a 40 minute ride from the airport.
